Mobile business expert Cortado today announces new data encryption features of its free Cortado Workplace app, increasing data security and preventing unauthorized access of local files on iOS devices. With iOS 4, Apple has created the basis for saving encrypted documents on the iPad or iPhone. However, this protection mechanism works only if supported by the applications used on the device. Following Apple’s strategy, Cortado Workplace becomes the first app to support full encryption of local documents on iOS 4 devices.
